Date edit to support VBO import

When importing VBO formatted data it doesn't include the data only the time from midnight so data imported from this format is listed as the data of the import not the date of the laps.
Would be great to either, prompt for date on import or provide the ability to edit the date in the lap view or perfect scenario both.
