The hiding of the buttons is great. Could you hide the rest of that on the timer screen all you see is just the time counters? Or maybe make it an option in a menu?

Looks perfect (well closer to it)
Any chance of just having the clocks on the screen in timer mode. Basically hiding everything else?

Excellent Harry - landscape is just what I need
While I'm here - can anyone tell me if there is a maximum number of laps recorded (data, not video)? I race 24hr Enduro and I'd like to capture everything (even if it is a chore to sift through 24hrs of data!).

Hi,
The number of laps is limited to 65535 laps, the number of GPS positions is limited to 4bill fixes (divide by GPS update rate and by 60 to get the minutes)
So there is practically no limitation. More on this can be found here:
