Hello,
I've trouble getting HLE working with the Tonwon T2 BTLE 4.0. As you can see in the screenshots it is connected but no update rate (Hz) is shown. The expert settings are set back to default (UUIDs). What am I doing wrong?

This means communication between app and adapter is working, but the negotiation between adapter and car bus failed. It may be necessary to select the Default Bus Protocol in LapTimer's Expert Setting. This will make LapTimer ask the adapter to use a certain protocol (like CAN 11/500) instead of asking the adapter to doo the negotiation on its own.
