Interface compatible low cost?

Hello, I want to buy an OBD2 interface without spending too much money, I found this on ebay, is compatible with harry's?

I think it's pretty safe to say that any ELM327 based OBD Dongle should work with the laptimer. If you want to be sure: better stick to the ones Harry has certified.

iirc the cheaper chinese products do not use the ELM chipset but a copy of it.
I think there have been problems with this type of device previously but iirc some have worked.
Ask the guy if it works with HLT or if you can test one for him for compatability with HLT or if you can get one on sale or return.
I would rather save the pennies and buy one that will work with a proper guarantee, not a chinese copy.

I've tested a cheap ELM327 ebay dongle, it's working fine with roqyBT4 + roqyOBD (for jailbroken devices only).
