Newbie question that search hasn't helped to clarify. What all do I need to get started? Is just the download to my phone necessary to capture track data and video? I see all kinds of data loggers, gps modules, obd2 plugins, etc. that makes me wonder if the download isn't enough. TIA.

All you need is your smartphone, LapTimer, a mount and a power supply. Anything else is optional. See LapTimer’s Quick Reference in the app.
