Hi Harry/guys,

I'm trying to copy my database from my old android phone to the new one, but I keep running into the same error:

Import failed, no data loaded.
Error reported for file "LapTimer-All-20190613-180020.hlptrz': syntax error, line #1.

I've tried export several times, and several ways. From the database section and then backup, from Lap List and then the export button.

But everytime I try to import it I get the same error. I have attached the file to this post.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what is going wrong here?

Hi Harry,

I updated the app as well on my old phone, and this time uploaded the backup to Google Drive instead of using email.

It worked perfectly now. Must be something weird with using the mail app somehow.

Ok, fine. When transferring data, there is always a small risk of corruption.
