Hi all,

Have HLT GP edition. I have just changed my phone and am trying to transfer my data over.

I have followed the guide in the How-To section, however when i click on the file on the new device its tells me there are no apps on the device to open the file with.

Ive exported them in the .hlptrl format as the guide says.

Old phone is samsung galaxy s7e, new phone is galaxy s9.

Apologies if this has been asked a million times before but at a quick glance I couldnt find any similar issues.

Any ideas?

File type / app association is sometimes wired for Android devices. Try to open the .hlptrl attachment from Gmail app, this is what we test regularly.
