Hi, I want to ask for few things:

Does anybody know how fast (accurate) is GPS in GoPro 7, XGPS160 have 10Hz. I found some rumors about 18Hz GPS in GoPro, but its not confirmed. In case that GoPro will be faster and also should be more precise, can HLT use GPS data from GoPro? Or those datas are stored directly in recorded videos?

For any rate beyond 10 Hz, you will not see relevant improvements in timing accuracy. I'm not aware on any GPS chip delivering data at 18Hz, but I got this number for HEROs somewhere too. Timing accuracy depends mostly on position accuracy, not the update rate. LapTimer does not support action cam GPSs currently.
