Customize data overlay

Hello, I have connected my Harry's Grand Prix app to an OBD2 in my car. I can get the data to overlay on the video. I like that feature, but is it currently possible to customize the appearance of that data on the video? (e.g. have speed display as a dial instead of a number, or change the format of the appearance of the data on the video). Thanks!
