Cannot export full lap overlay

I am trying to export a single lap. I successfully synchro the lap inside HLT and can watch the lap in HLT and it looks great.
But when I go to export it onto my phone, it only grabs 17 seconds. During processing it makes it to 22% and then stops. It won’t process 100%. Bug?
IOS 11.3.1
iPhone 8 - w plenty of space

Try restarting the phone. Maybe a problem with the media library. Another possible reason is a problem with a reference video added during Export (but not using real time overlays). Switch it off in Overlay Configuration / second page.

Did a phone restart. Still can only export 17 seconds.
Reference Video is already set to off.
Any other thoughts ?

Does this problem occur for other laps and videos too? If not, the two remaining reasons are a problem with the data or with some corruption of the video. For the former, please run Check Data from Administration / Databases. For the later, you may associate a different video and try an overlay. As the second option is more complex, please start with the data and let me know.

Yes, it happens with other videos. None of my sessions from this past Monday will export. But, I can clearly watch them in the HLT app.

Used a different video. Interesting result. This different video stopped at the same point. Seems something is stopping the processing at a certain point.
