Hondata flashpro OBDII support

Flashpro bluetooth feature works around the same protocol as many OBDII bluetooth dongles.

Most honda users want to have live data on video, and also do ECU logging on flashpro itseft, so its not possible to use some other OBDII dongle in my case.
