Can't Connect to OBD Bluetooth after iOS 10.3.1.

My GoPoint BT1 device is no longer connecting with my iPhone 7. I thought it was a total coincidence but quick Google search shows other iPhone users not being able to connect to car audio bluetooth, CarPlay etc. Worst part was I didn't even actively choose to upgrade to 10.3.1. Charged my phone overnight and woke up to a completed system update, ugh. Anyone else experiencing difficulty connecting to their GoPoint BT1 devices? I'm able to "connect" via the list of bluetooth devices but Dash Command nor HLT are able to communicate to OBD.
