First time posting and hoping to get some help. I'm getting conflicting lap times which I can't possibly understand why...

Previous best lap time at my local circuit was 1:16.72 using HLT on an iPhone 6S with NO external GPS.

Same track, car, and conditions... this time using external Dual GPS with HLT and iPhone 6S but with a best lap time of the day of 1:21 a near 4 second difference!

Tried again today all things remaining equal and still finding I'm in the 1:21 range.

I'm certain I'm not slower... Any ideas what might be happening?

A difference of 4 seconds is extremely unlikely to be due to GPS issues. In case you do not trust the results for a recording, export this single lap to .hlptrl and send it to me (Harry@gps-laptimer.de). Add a note "please check lap time" so I understand the context of the export.
