Not the full data download, but simply something that captures the annotations that are displayed when viewing a lap, like:

Lap 1
Straight 125 MPH
Turn 1 - 60 MPH
Straight 75 MPH
Turn 2 - 40 MPH
Straight - 100 MPH
Turn 3 - 75 MPH
rest of lap

Lap 2
etc...

Just to get a quick view on which laps in a session had the best speeds through different sections.

No, you need to run a min / max analysis on speed data yourself. It is a well kept secret how to make reasonable decision.
