I'm missing something I cant find, and this is one of the last things left to work out in my config

On my car setup I have everything populated, the chart/gear graph looks good, wheel size is good, engine data is all loaded but when I render videos I do not get a gear indicator and the RPM gauge is solid green like the video below

am I missing something?

The green sector means your rpm settings are screwed up. There are three in the Engine section, the rpm max torque, the rpm max power, and the overall max rpm the engine can rev are required.
