I've been using the app for a month and have tried many things to solve my issue. I can't overlay a video using hardware encoding with my Android OnePlus 3 (says "invalid master video") and software encoding takes forever. On top of it if I turn my screen off the encoding stops.

I've done a lot of research and I have seen threads saying that this issue would have been taken care of last year. Any updates? I love the app, but this issue is a big let down. The ease of overlaying the video was the only reason I bought the Petrolhead edition and not the cheapest.

Hardware encoding is available since 2016 (v20), just to clarify. For devices showing problems with the native implementation, please use the software encoding. It is not possible to have all devices available for testing / tweaking, so I do not have a chance to go after every model.

To work around lengthy overlays, please use the real time overlay available using the Play button. Only videos which should be distributed need to go through Export.

Overlaying always needs to be done with the device active, so please give the time necessary and do not stop the app / the phone.

In case you can't live with this and can't update to a later Android version either, please feel free to cancel your purchase by sending the Google Order Number you received to me (mail).
