Exported Video Omits Most Laps

I successfully overlaid and downloaded many shorter sessions, 30 mins or less. I have one very long session, about 1.5 hours, that I cannot get Harry's to overlay. When I try to export, the video created and saved to my library contains only the first 24 minutes. When I look at individual laps in Harry's, each lap has both video and a data overlay. I just can't get it all in one long video into my library. Any ideas?

When starting the Export, do you get the full range of laps presented in Overlay Configuration? As a workaround, select the first lap not included and run the overlay from here. You can join the section videos using a vide editor in case you really want such a huge video.
