Overexposed Video

Hi there. I've been using HLT for a few years and I keep running into the same problem. The setup is as follows: using the iPhone internal camera, mounted behind the driver. The issue is that the resulting video of the inside of the car and of the driver looks good, but the view out the windshield is extremely overexposed. To the point where it's usually just white, and I can't even see the track. When I use a GoPro, I can set it to adjust exposure for the center of the view, but I can't find a way to do what with the internal iPhone camera. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Open Video View (Timer ‣ Video ‣ Preview) and touch the video configuration button in the top right. Here you will find an option to lock exposure. It is made exactly for this situation.

Thanks Harry. I assume the "lock exposure" is what I'm looking for?
