Hi,
I had a strange problem the other day and not sure where to start. On my first session, everything worked normally, on the following two sessions it recorded incomplete laps, stopping at the first split. I assume it is seeing the Start/Stop and split triggers properly because it started recording there on every lap.
The setup is Grand Prix edition on an iPhone 5.
The first session was with a custom GPS through wifi.
The next two used the same GPS but also a bluetooth OBD emulator (still a work in progress). Is there any way this could have affected HLT triggers or should I be looking elsewhere?
Thanks in advance for any help
Stopping at first split
Re: Stopping at first split
Which track set have you used? A predefined one (and which)? Or your own track set. I doubt it is related to the split trigger, this is probably a coincidence with a misinterpreted start/stop trigger (e.g. passing it on the counter straight).

Re: Stopping at first split
Thanks for the quick reply,
I was using the Putnam Park certified track set. Unfortunately the split is nowhere near the start/stop and it worked perfectly on the first session. No real changes except the additional bluetooth input. I've got 15 laps listed as "incomplete" where it stopped recording exactly at the split.

Re: Stopping at first split
So please check if you find a misplaced additional stop/go or stop trigger. There is no magic making laps stop at split triggers.
Please feel free to export your laps to .kml and send them to me.
