Harry,
If you are using the Tom Tom Mount for iPhone 4
can you use a bluetooth Obd device vs a wifi?

The TomTom mount does not influence OBD Wifi or BT connections. Please note that BT OBDs cannot be connected on non jailbroken devices. In addition, on jailbroken devices, you need something like roqyBT OBD to connect. I have personally no experience with jail breaking and suggest to to with Wifi devices.
