xgps150 5hz firmware update

ive just bought an xgps150 off ebay and they no longer have the 5hz firmware update on there website, I have to email customer support for it. im hoping as I have bought it 2nd hand I hope this doesn't cause a problem. does anyone have the firmware they could send to me if not
