Error message when I try to download Android App

I have been trying to download the Android version for any version of Harry's Lap Timer, and I get a 'server error' every time I try. I have tried rookie to grand prix several times. I mean several times with no luck. I tried from different connections, and different phones. Is there a problem?

Sounds like an issue with your Google ID and PlayStore? There is no known issue with the apps here, at this stage it is some problem with Google's distribution system. Please check your payment settings too (credit card).
