Hey Harry,

Message in iExplorer saying: " This app does not have iTunes file sharing enabled. On devices with iOS 8.3, the developer of the app must enable file sharing in order to access the app contents."

Whats this? Have iOS 8.4... Not 8.3 for one and just paid 36 euros for this app after your info on transferring large videos from iPhones with low memory to PC/MAC can only be done this way. Installed and now I can't use this to read the contents...

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong and you have an answer...

Best,

Tim

Hi,

Sorry, this iExplorer reference is outdated. LapTimer has file sharing enabled in the latest versions and this allows access to its data from within iTunes. So an external app is not required any more. To access data, start iTunes, connect your iPhone to it, select the iPhone in iTunes, select Apps, scroll down to File Sharing and select LapTimer. This will reveal LapTimer's documents in the bottom right and you can drag files in and out.

As for iExplorer, I'd suggest to ask them for a refund. It seems it doesn't work as expected anyway.

Yeah, tried this as well and get to "select Apps" and nothing happens when I click on LapTimer, no documents in the bottom right that I can see. I only have the option to "remove" the App from my phone... (or install Apps that are not currently installed...)

Ok, so maybe you need to update iTunes?
