I used HLT GP for the first time for an HPDE at Road America this past weekend. I did not have much of a chance to test the program before my HPDE, so I was not very familiar with the software. I had an issue with the wifi control the first session, so I decided to just record the lap data independently from the GoPro video for the remaining sessions and stitch them together after the event. Using RaceRender, I synced one of my laps (link below). The timer on the HLT app and in the overlay sync, as does the GPS, but the speedo and G meter are a couple seconds off. Any ideas why this may be occurring?

I will practice the real time wifi sync before my next event, but I would like to salvage some good footage from this past event, as well. Thank you.

Yes, that's the cumbersome item when synchronising video and data using this type of tools. I can't give specific support on this tool, but please check the following items:

Synchronisation actually needs to be done using acceleration values, not position. Positions can't be determined using the small track shape and triggers (start / finish) are not necessarily positioned exactly on the line. Due to this, timing may start early or late too (but will be compensated at the end of the track. When using LapTimer video / data synchronisation, this items are done largely automatically.
