No g-force data on Android

Hi folks -

Anyone else having an issue of not getting any g-force data on the Android version?

My setup is:

Moto X
XGPS 5.0 ghz
OBDLink MX

In my data files, the g-force data is very intermittent. Every once in awhile there is some data, but not consistently. Have I done something wrong during the setup or can I just not record all these sensors at the same time?

Attached is a sample output and here is the video: http://youtu.be/5N9r2B_QWWw

PS. I'm going to pick up a new Hero4 soon and will finally join the world of wifi enabled GoPro users. Does Harry's auto-sync with the Wifi GoPro's on Android?

Hi,

Please always make sure LapTimer has a chance to do the initial calibration steps while you are standing still in the pits. This means mount your device in the pits and do not rotate it once you started driving. In case acceleration shows "-" or is off from zero while standing still, start the process over by touching the acceleration circle in Video View or the Max G gadget in GPS or Timer View.

For you above lap, you may recalculate acceleration from GPS using Lap List - lap - Recalculate - Acceleration and export / overlay again.

For Android, GoPro remote controlling will get available in the GrandPrix edition which I finally needed to defer to Spring 2015. Till then, add and sync the video manually in LapTimer (Petrolhead) to allow rich overlays including corner names and min/max speeds.
