Transfer from one iPhone to another the HLPTRL file

The file exported from one phone to Dropbox is 187MB. I cannot mail it to myself and import as it is over the 35MB email limit. What other methods are there to move ALL the data from one IPhone to another? Also what about the other CSV files? Plus what is the naming convention of the file mean, i.e LapTimer-All-20140918-060148/

Use Mail instead Dropbox (in the Export dialog). This will compress the file.

My dropbox files are latter than my email files. If I need to use the dropbox file, is there a way to input using a direct connection and pulling into the documents directory or some other alternative?

If you have installed Dropbox on you second phone, touch the file and select LapTimer to open it.
