I setup the laptimer to pickup my gopro. All this works and when I start recording the Gopro starts as well. once I stop recording Gopro stops as well.
However when I go into laps on the application the video from the gopro states offline. Can anybody help

You need to transfer the video from the HERO's SD card to your iPhone. This step is not automated currently - the interface description how to do it is not published by GoPro. I plan to add this feature in the future. Till then, please follow the description in the video docs to transfer footage.
