Overlay - OBD sync

When I processing overlay, I noticed that the OBD (ELM327) is poorly synchronized. I tried to set the delay in the expert settings, but whatever I set to 0 or 3 seconds it was always wrong. It can be set larger than 3s or negative time, like -2s?

I have tried set time to 0, but video is still behind from OBD around 1-1,5s

Changing sensor delays has no effect on existing recordings. Furthermore, negative delays make no sense as this would mean the sensor reports events that have not yet happened. Usually it is best to adjust the video delay (Overlay Synchronization in Expert Settings), because this delay is applied during overlaying. You do not write whether OBD is ahead or behind, but in case it is behind (compared to video), you need to decrease the video delay. For further questions on the delays, please search the forum, we have plenty of discussions already

I changed Overlay Synchronization in Expert Settings, but it dont work. I have tried set 0 time and 3s time (and many others), still is not correct. it still does not match.
It´s possible to set "negative" time to this option (Overlay Synchronization)? If I set time to 0 OBD is stil before video around 1-1,5s. I have tried imput -1s but app transfer it to +1s

Changing sensor delays has no effect on existing recordings.
Sorry to repeat and clarify this item. Changing the OBD sensor delay takes effect the next time you record something, existing recordings are not affected.
So please reset all your delays to defaults - mostly things are screwed up completely after playing with them. Defaults are 1.5/0.7/1.5/0.7/0.5/1.5/1/0.5 from top to bottom, plus 1 for the Video Overlay Synchronization. Overlay your video using this settings and start adjusting the Overlay Synchronization delay in 0.5 steps.

"OBD is still before video" means the video is coming in slower that the current delay, so you need to increase the "Overlay Synchronization" value. Increasing a delay means the sensor takes longer from reality to processing, so the sensor late (video), need to be increased.
