Disable shift light?

My dashboard already has a shift light and I find the one on HLT to be annoying, but I can't seem to figure out how to turn it off. The "Shift Flash" setting can't be set to 0 or anything higher than 100%, so is there any other way to disable it?
On my last track day I just set the "max RPM" setting in my vehicle profile to something very high, but that throws off the gear ratio chart and I'm assuming the which-gear-are-you-in detection when doing video overlay.
