Android: HLT stops recording due to Calendar app alert

I have the Calendar app set to show on-screen notifications of upcoming events. These are dialogs that pop up and overlay the active app. When such a dialog pops up over HLT, app stats gathering and recording stops.

I could remember every time I use HLT to turn these off in the Calendar app, but in the spirit of HLT being a "it just works" app, it would be better if HLT could suppress these dialogs while running.

I doubt it is possible to suppress other apps - that's powers reserved by the OS / Android. Similar to incoming calls... The only work around is probably making LT a background app / service - which is a long shot.
