Using explorer (on my desktop) I can search the sd card

HLT says /storage/emulated/legacy/Movies

no files there

HLT also says /storage/emulated/0/Movies

no files there

I can preview the thumbnails for the videos on the phone in those paths but see nothing when I use explorer on the desktop.

Help?

They appear to be mp4 files

The question is how these emulated SD Card directories are mapped to Explorer and whether there are filters applied. You may use a tool like ES File Explorer(?) to move the videos in these directories to a place your Explorer "sees". That is all pretty device and tool dependent...

I used ES File Explorer to move the videos on the phone to a place where other videos live. My desktop can see them now, so I processed them as tests using windows live movie maker & posted on youtube. Something is still "gaining down" the audio, it's passable. Video needs more hd, I will try the full hd setting. autox is 1 min clips so amount of data may be ok.

HLT data in lower left is good.

Thanks.
