I want to be sure first time using on a track is successful

I'm going to a SRT Track Experience run by the Richard Petty Driving Experience school next Saturday, so
having never used my LapTimer Petrolhead except for trying it around my local streets, I wanted to
make sure that the first time using on a track will turn out successfully.
I've watched the YouTube LapTimer Quick Start Tutorial along with reading all documents that
familiarized me with the operation and features this app has. I'm pretty sure that I will be OK but just
want to check that's the case.
Here's the situation-
- I will use my Samsung S4 android Smartphone.
- A Video will be given to me by SRT Track Experience people at the end of the day.
- I will load the track from the database at the track.
- Press green Start Driving? or, does the Start of track and End of the track automatically
control the start and stop Laptimer operation.
From what I understand that's pretty much all there is to it?
Then all my lap information will be available so I can add the overlay to the video when I get back home.
Also, I was viewing various YouTube racing video's of Laptimer display screens and it seems that each video has a
little different data displayed, is that a function of what track you're on? How does the RPM get displayed? Hope I didn't ask too many questions.
Thanks, Alan
