First lap - .vbo/CT not working

Hi,

I've just used HLT for the first time on the Ring yesterday - wonderful tool! I drove 2 laps without video recording enabled. (I recorded with a GoPro manually)
I exported the Data in Google Earth .kml - which is working fine - and .vbo for CT - which is not working.
I have a Mac, a Windows 7 x64 VM and the newest available CT2 Version installed. When I open the .vbo file CT crashed. If I link .vbo extensions to CT2 and open the file with a double click (as stated in the forum somewhere else as a tip) it is not working either.
The application just crashes.

How do I create that overlay with another tool or how can I open the .vbo file in CT2 without crashing?

Greets

Daniel

Please check viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1282 for trouble shooting VBO files. Usually there is a problem from linefeed conversion between Unix systems (iOS) and Windows. Please note CT will not overlay but is for data (and video) analysis only. To overlay a GoPro video, you either need to transfer the video to your iPhone, link it to the lap, and overlay it here. For further information, please check our video documentation available here: http://www.gps-laptimer.com/LapTimerDoc ... hapter.pdf

As an alternative, export data to .CSV and use one of the paid desktop over layers (TrackVision and Dashware).
