General video synchronization between iPhone and your desktop computer cannot be affected by LapTimer. Apps are strictly separated in iOS, so this is not possible. In case you see general problems with video synchronization, please check for any changed setting in iTunes or memory shortages on either your iPhone or your desktop.
But: although LapTimer can access videos in several places, it stores raw videos in its own documents area ("LapTimer Recordings" in Video List). This videos are backup-ed during synchronization, but will not be transferred to a specific desktop program. Overlaid videos are generated from raw videos and stored in your iPhone's Photo app. So overlaid videos will get synchronized to whatever desktop application you have configured in iTunes. To synchronize a raw video, please transfer your raw video to the Photo app first. The transfer can be triggered from within LapTimer (Video List -> Video Details -> Move). You can find the full background and description in LapTimer's Video documentation available here:
http://www.gps-laptimer.com/LapTimerDoc ... hapter.pdf (search for "Maintaining Video Data").
Hope that helps.

When I go Video List>Video Details I do not see move.

The Move button appears for videos that can be copied only. So if you select a video from the "Camera Roll" section (these are the videos sitting in the Photo App), there will be no Move button. In case you select a video from "LapTimer Recordings" you should see the Move button like in the snapshot below.
