OBD data no longer captured from Kiwi WiFi?

Hi,
Hoping you can help please. I have been using LapTimer Grand Prix, GPS Buddy, and Optrix VideoPro for several months without issue -

Recently, I've noticed that throttle position and RPM are no longer being reported by the Harry Apps? For example:

My Harry Apps appear to be talking to my Kiwi WiFi OK, and my other OBD apps do report throttle and RPM as normal:

Is OBD data from my Kiwi Wifi is no longer being captured by the Harry Apps? I am running iOS 7.0.4, and latest app updates. Thoughts?

Please check in LapTimer's Expert Settings if you have no PIDs excluded and "Auto Exclude PIDs" disabled. In case nothing is excluded, please check
viewtopic.php?f=20&t=1500 and send a dialog so I can analyze the situation.

Thanks Harry,
No PIDs excluded and "Auto Exclude PIDs" is off.
I read the recommended thread, and before capturing logs to send, I thought I'd try Expert Settings -> Reset Settings. Re-connected to the Kiwi Wifi and got the same number of PIDs identified as before (6). The connection then dropped out. After re-connecting, the number of PIDs had increased:

And throttle and RPM info is being displayed:

Tried to replicate, so closed all apps and connections, disconnected the dongle, and repeated the same steps. Once again, LapTimer identifed a small number of PIDs initially, then grabbed a larger number of PIDs.
So, the "large list" of PID's should be normal (thus showing throttle, RPM, and whatever else), and a "small list" of PID's would suggest a problem? If that's the case, I'm happy to close the issue, as I will now know what to expect.
Would you still like the log file?
Hayden.

Hi Hayden,
In case that can be handled, I'm fine. From what you describe it seems the initial requests (by LapTimer) are not answered in time. In situations like this LapTimer disconnects, and reconnects again. Looking into the second snapshot I can see the initialization answers take quite long (VIN requires 1 seconds, PID availability takes another 2 seconds) for your configuration, and took probably even longer during LapTimer's first try. Maybe the first connect took even longer - which resulted in the named problems. Keep my fingers cross.

Hello Hayden,
can you please write down step-by-step how you proceed exactly to come to the 2nd, successful connection?
e.g.
1.) Remove Kiwi from sensor list
2.) Do reset of settings in expert settings
3.) Close HLT App
4.) Add Kiwi to sensor list
...
I'm having the same problem with HLT on Android and a Kiwi Bluetooth on a 2009 BMW Z4 Coupé, and I'd like to re-enact your procedure. I already tried, but it didn't work; however, I'm not sure whether I did everything the same way as you did.
Thanks and cheers,
Michael
EDIT: My problem was solved by the Android 17.7 update!
