Sorry for my bad English.

I have a next problem:
I'm recording onboard video on my action camera (AEE Blackeye XTR2). Video format -mpeg4.
How can I use this video in LapTimer (Grand Prix editions)?
Please tell me, how i can import external video to my iphone 4s so as to synchronise with lap data from LT?
Or better use the other programm, for example, DashWare?

P.S. I wouldn't like to buy DashWare or other similar programm for 50 and more $...
