Hi is it possible to create free version without any logging or any other function except testing equipment connectivity with application?

So with that free app we will be able to test our phone ( in android version ) and our GPS and OBDII sensors compatibility with HLT ...

For iOS, I have the free "Harry's GPS / OBD Buddy" app available doing exactly that. I will probably port that app to Android too but cannot commit a date so far.
