Possible to do 0-60 and 60-130 with HLT?

I did a search and I was only able to find a post made in the announcements when HLT first was released.

Is there any way to do a 0-60 time or 60-130 time with HLT? I currently use an external GPS device and would like to not have to spend the $450 USD on a Vbox. Any help would be appreciated!
