First of all, that's the most amazing program I ever purchased to Iphone (And I have Iphone since the first version)

I have a problem that maybe it's not even an issue with Harrys, but with Iphone itself.

Anytime I connect my Iphone to the PC and go to the Photos gallery folder, I just see pictures... none of the Harry's vídeos are available to copy to the PC.

Is there any solution for that ?

Make sure you include videos in photo synchronization. It is a switch in iTunes. The rest depends on your platform. For MacOSX you will usually find both pictures and videos in iPhoto.

i found the switch, and it synced all the photos and videos from my laptop into the phone! but it did not find the harrys lap videos? luckily there is still memory and I will manually clear out some clutter, but do you have any ideas on the harrys videos?

(I also have another thread on this question today - iphone 5s)

I take it you have overplayed the video transferring them to your camera roll.

You will then be able to sync them to your PC from there.

Alternatively in raw format you need a iPhone browser software such as iFunBox and then open the iPhone and iirc it's in user applications, HLT and then documents.

Scroll down and you will find the raw .mov files

When a video is synced to the desktop, deleted, and synced back, the video receives a different name in the Photo library. So LapTimer cannot find the video any more. Since 17.5 there is an option to relink video without the need to sync the video again. Simple select the lap you want to overlay, press the video row showing "NO VIDEO", scroll to the bottom, select "Re-link", and select the video in the Photo library. The re-linking will be applied to all laps of the session.

while i digest that, i have been very careful never to allow a delete, either manually or when hooking up to the laptop.

I was not able to connect and view the videos from a laptop.

I don't see that 're-link' function, is it a problem to update the APP? I have not done that in a while, but I don't want to lose anything.

Versions before 17.5 did not have the relink feature. They required the user to realign all laps manually. So please upgrade and try again.
