I am trying to use the multi-cam feature to control my iphone with my ipad in the following manner but I'm unable to figure out how to do it:
I have a dual BT gps as a device
I have an iPhone 5
I have an ipad 3
I have a ram aluminum short arm mount
I want to have the iphone which is mounted to my winshield be the "primary" device for recording video, Gs, etc. I really only want the ipad to let me see the view of my iphone so I can get it set up for a decent view as I'm shooting from the back window and it's hard to aim. Once I "start it", I want to slip my ipad in a sleeve that fits tightly behind the passenger seat and trunk wall so it doesn't move or become a projectile. Obviously it will move (a little) and that will throw off the G sensor so I want the iphone to be the primary as it is fixed on the rear glass.
How do I go about configuring it so the ipad is essentially just a start/stop control mechanism and the iphone records everything else? Is this even possible?
Using Iphone 5 as primary camera but control from ipad
Re: Using Iphone 5 as primary camera but control from ipad
Please install the LapTimer app on the iPhone and MultiCam app on the iPad. The details on the setup are available here: http://www.gps-laptimer.com/LapTimerDoc ... hapter.pdf
