Is there a way to turn off the cornering force and speed labels and only export the fix points to Google Earth? I want to produce an autocross course map from a walk through without those details.

KML exports always include all sets of information. Once opened in Google Earth, you can select / deselect the features you want to see. Please check the navigation / selection drawer in the left of the Google Earth screen.
