I've done this in the past without any problem, but today for the first time tried this on ios6 and the new version of Laptimer.
I'm not able to create triggers on the map view. Even after disabling the lock to current location setting on the map, any POI/Trigger I try to create goes to my current position. I'm sure I'm missing something simple.

I did a quick search here and couldn't find anything. I checked through the documentation for Laptimer and the steps are as I remember them.
I've tried this both on a 3gs and a 4s.

Thoughts?

Please try again, I could not reproduce: moved the Map from Germany to U.K. and set a trigger using the top left button. It landed where it should - in the U.K.

i guess it was a false alarm - i rebooted both phones and now it works. i have no idea what was happening there. thank you for the quick response harry!
