This can probably happen if you reject the request to allow LapTimer access to Health Kit. Check your privacy settings in Settings app please. Otherwise, the fix should fix yours too. I have submitted v21.0.6 yesterday, so it should get available on the stores Mon/Tue.

I'm running latest IOS 10.3.1 on iPad 4 mini - iOS -settings -privacy - I do not see 'health kit' listed here. There is however 'Home kit' - I will try to figure out where the missing health kit is. Thank you.

I'd suggest to wait two days. I have submitted a bug fix release two days ago. It should get available latest Wednesday.
