I don't think it would make sense for a location based start on a drag strip. I'm not sure how I could set up an accurate location based end as well, they don't exactly allow a walk through on a drag strip.

If you know the location of the starting line and the direction of the strip, it's not difficult to calculate the finish coordinates, since you know the exact distance. You look up the length of a degree of latitude and longitude based on the latitude and then a little trigonometry gives you the coordinates of the finish line. You don't need to actually stand on the finish line. In satellite map view, you can drag the finish line trigger to the finish line on the map.

Of course Google Earth will do it too. For example, the coordinates of the center of the start and finish lines at Thunder Valley in Bristol, TN are:

36.516522, -82.249940 and 36.519149, -82.246831 respectively.
