Yes, I got it working during testing too. The problem is it is not reliable in this combo. Once MultiCam works but combining it with a HERO creates all kinds of disconnects. I'm not even sure it is a problem in Apple's communication library here, it might well be the HERO is not prepared to have multiple clients connected (LapTimer device and MultiCam device). My observation has been the MultiCam connection drops when the HERO status changes (e.g. when sending a command).

Looks like I need another Optrix case then.

I'm running HLT 20.0.3 on my iPhone 6 and have been getting relatively stable connection with 3 iPhone4S's with MultiCam. Here's what I found worked best:
1. enable Bluetooth on all phones (seems like wifi needs to be off)
2. Start HLT on iPhone6, go to Timer -> Video and select the Internal Cam& MultiCam mode (I get better results in this mode)
3. While the search indicator is spinning on HLT, I start MultiCam on one of the iPhone4S's. I don't click 'I Agree' or anything. If it makes a connection it will go straight to video mode.
4. Once a stable connection is made (the bubbles on the MultiCam stop blinking & HLT lists the phone name), I repeat step 3 on the next iPhone4S.
5. For some reason I get better connection results in the Internal Cam& MultiCam mode. After the MultiCam connects I can switch between MultiCam modes without issue.
6. If I don't get a stable connection, I'll restart the MultiCam app and repeat Step 3. Sometimes I have to switch to MultiCam only mode and back to Internal Cam & MultiCam mode
While I have had relative good luck with this sequence I'm not sure why it's necessary. I've noticed battery life seems to be a variable. Also, I haven't been able to get a connection with the phones connected to a WiFi network. So I'm not sure how this would affect connection with a MultiCam iPhone and action cam. Hope this helps.

That's a bit strange because I found connections without joining the same WiFi are not possible mostly. The communication library is pretty wired..

I just tried rmeroda's procedure and it works. I even get a thumbnail image from the second camera in preview mode. WiFi is off for both. Dunno how well this will work with a BT1 and XGGPS160 connected too, though. If you turn video off, however, you have to start all over again.

Im having similar issues but could not resolve based on the info here:
- Im using iPhone 6 with Version 20 HLT.
- I have a Go Pro Hero3+
- I am able to connect via wifi with the Go Pro app. I open the HLT app, go to Race, hit video, choose external Camera and when i hit start (manual mode) it does turn the GoPro on and begins recording.
Issues:
1 - When i hit stop, it closes the app, goes to my home screen and does NOT turn off the camera. I need to then go to my go pro app and stop recording.
2- The data is logged but no video. When i go to edit, add video, it does not let me see the video on the go pro saying its not supported or multicam is disabled.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Are you on 20.0.3?
