Thanks. That explains the speed discrepancy between the OBD values and the GPS values. The XGPS at 5 hz appears to be VERY smoothed. Do you know of any other units that produce speeds more consistent with OBD speeds?

The XGPS160. I can post a chart from the event I attended this weekend if you're interested.

Yes, please post the charts. Charts show GPS and OBD speeds, right?

GPS speed is the solid line, OBD wheel speed is the dotted line. The GPS speed is smoothed a little bit, but the OBD speed is a little noisy, as it doesn't update as frequently as the GPS.

Thanks. That looks much better than my 5 hz GPS. I'll try to post one of my charts.
