GoPro as main video, iPhone as over lay info only

Thanks.

Tried 30 and 60 last night, both worked, to be honest I couldn't really tell the difference, will try some more if different light conditions.

When it comes to 60 fps I guess you will only see a difference for rapid movement and not in overall picture quality.

That would make sense, I've only done upto 30/40mph in my tests so far.

Im thinking of getting a OBD device, if im using wifi for the gopro i assume i cant use a wifi OBD device?

There is another solution. I tried various video editors and simple solution for me was buying RACERENDER for Mac software. I import the I overplayed HLT video and the gopro video. With a flick of a radio button, I select the audio track I want.

There is a simple solution to the problem, I am using a MAC/Win product product that allows me to import my overlaid HLT video and the GoPro video and for me a 3rd camera. All I need to do is flick a radio button to identify the source the sound track I want to use and then rerun the video save.

When I pull my GoPro Hero 3+ BE video into the HLT directory, is there any limitations to the video capture mode, i.e 1080P 60FPS or 720P 100FPS in narrow, medium, or wide mode to what an Iphone 5 or 4S can process? Is there an ideal mode for in car behind front seat mode facing windscreen?
