Thanks for the details analysis. Actually you were right, this happens since I have reworked the map displays to show higher precision in 18.0.12. I had adjusted position displays for the Map view, the Online view, but had missed to adjust the map overlay gadget. I have fixed the issue in 18.0.19 and will release it soon. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
