I am also experiencing problems to see POI info in overlaid video.
Need to say I record HD video only.
When doing overlay, option POI/Speed inserts is ON ("straights" and "corners" are shown in overlay without problem)
I do not use certified track as I am currently in the process of setting up of my own track. Would this be an originator of the problem?
Lastly, I use HLT GP edition, iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2
Thanks for any hint in advance
POI addition to overlays should work for both certified and user track sets. But it is possible your track set's area is cached and does not reflect the current extent... So I'd suggest you export the track set (use Certify and send the mail to yourself), delete it, and import it again (by touching the .hpoil file you receive as attachment). This will refresh the area.

I'm afraid this has not solved my problem. I did exactly as you proposed. As this did not work, I remove the application and reinstall it from the scratch. No improvement, unfortunately. Would it be problem, my track is quite short? 450m only.
If this would be of any help, I could upload either track set and raw and overlaid videos

Please post / send a .hlptrl export (Export) of one lap and your .hpoil file (track set using "Certify").

Hi,
Sorry for coming back late... I have used your data for testing and have found an issue in area calculation for custom track sets. This problem will be fixed in the next bug fix release, most probably 18.3.9. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
