HTC EVO 4G issues

Post by sappy96 »

I have a HTC EVO 4G LTE and the programs starts ok, but after a while it keeps coming back to the user agreement screen. Then once the screen goes to sleep, it doesn't let me unlock the phone anymore it just flashes and I end up hard booting the phone to get it back to normal. I appreciate the help.

This is most probably #3 on viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1693

Which Android version do you use?

4.1.1 I'm not sure if I can update it to 4.4. Also even if I restart the phone it crashes.

It looks like Android 4.3 will be released in February.

I will release the next version in a view days. A bunch of smaller bugs, maybe it helps. I've check my logs by the way and could find crashes for Android 4.1.1 / HTC Evo. Are you connected to the Internet?

Yes I am, but I have to do a hard reboot of the phone in order to reset it. I don't know if that will still send you the data or not. The only bug report option when it boots back up is to HTC.

Crash reports are sent when the problem occurs, so this should have no effect.
